Increase stamina, build strength, and deepen your flexibility! This class will blend barre based strength work with yoga, pilates, and other movement styles. This class is perfect for the dance and musical theatre students to complement their performing classes, as well as anyone who wants to focus on their physical wellness.

Creating Dances: Improvisation and Choreography
Ages 15-18
*New this Year* This class will explore creative practices through movement. For both the experienced and new dance students to learn improvisational practices and composition skills. Students will create their own improvisational scores, learn composition skills, and create their own choreography. Students in this class will work with the instructor to plan an end of year project showcase of their creative work.
